Ingredients:

  • 50ml High Tide Caramel Rum

  • 25ml Coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)

  • 30ml fresh espresso

  • Ice

  • Optional: coffee beans or grated chocolate to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until chilled and frothy.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with coffee beans or a dusting of grated chocolate.

Salty Caramel Highball

Refreshing, beachy, chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml High Tide Caramel Rum

  • 100ml cream soda

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Ice

  • Orange slice or twist to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Pour in High Tide and top with cream soda.

  3. Add a pinch of sea salt and stir gently.

  • 60ml pineapple juice

  • 10ml grenadine

  • 10ml fresh lime juice

  • Ice

  • Optional: cherry or pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  2. Pour in High Tide, pineapple juice, and lime juice.

  3. Slowly pour grenadine down the side so it settles at the bottom, creating a layered ‘sunset’ effect.
